 Les Bostonades presents the opening concert of its 11th Anniversary season on Sunday, January 21, 2017 at 3pm, at Gordon Chapel, Old South Church, 645 Boylston Street, Boston MA. This intimate performance features the talents of Les Bostonades' ensemble members Sarah Darling, violin; Michael Unterman, cello; Héloïse Degrugillier, recorder; and Akiko Sato, harpsichord.

Penguin Rep Theatre, the award-winning theatre in Stony Point, New York, under the leadership of Artistic Director Joe Brancato and Executive Director Andrew M. Horn, closes its 2016 season with the New York premiere of Daniel's Husband by Michael McKeever from September 23 through October 16, 2016. In Daniel's Husband, Mitchell and Daniel are the ideal couple, everything but married. Mitchell does not believe in marriage; Daniel does. "When their life together takes a shocking and unexpected turn," says Mr. Brancato, who will stage the production at Penguin Rep, "we learn about the power and pain of love in this breathtaking new play."

Four Nations Ensemble Sets 2017 Series at Merkin Hall

For its 39th season, le Festival de Lanaudiere invited music lovers to discover some of the works that its founder, Father Fernand Lindsay, liked to hear and teach. Between July 9 and August 7, 2016, fourteen concerts were presented at the Amphitheatre Fernand-Lindsay, eight in churches throughout the region, and two at the Musee d'art de Joliette. In addition, there were four cinema evenings and five morning yoga sessions held outdoors. Nearly 53,000 people attended Festival events - a significant increase over the figure for 2015.
