CAROLS FOR A CURE is the annual two-disc holiday CD compilation of original songs and holiday classics that benefits BC/EFA. These CDs boast the best voices from the worlds of Broadway, Off-Broadway and national tours. A full track list for this year's 14th edition has not yet been announced, but the cast of Broadway's THE MYSTERY OF EDWIN DROOD was already hard a work this week recording their track for the album. FOREVERMAN started as a fascination with the concept of immortality. What would be the real ramifications of eternal life? How would it affect relationships, or romance? How could it affect a friendship? These were all questions floating around my head four years ago when I began the initial outline of the show.

The new musical Foreverman, with book, music, and lyrics by Brett M. Boles, will be presented as an official selection of the New York Musical Theatre Festival's (NYMF's) 2012 Next Link Project, beginning performances tonight, July 20 and running through Sunday, July 28, at the PTC Performance Space, 555 West 42 Street (between Tenth and Eleventh Avenues).
