The producers of the smash hit Broadway production of GREASE are proud to announce that 'American Idol' Season Five finalist, Ace Young, will make his Broadway debut when he joins the company in the role of 'Kenickie' on Tuesday, September 9, 2008 at the Brooks Atkinson Theatre. Ace Young achieved widespread fame in 2006 as a finalist on the hugely successful FOX singing competition 'American Idol.' With weekly exposure to the 40 million plus viewers of America's most widely watched television program, Ace quickly became one of the most recognizable male faces ever to appear on 'Idol.'

Continuing its free lunchtime series this week, '106.7 Lite fm Presents Broadway in Bryant Park 2008' welcomes the casts of Young Frankenstein, 13, Grease, Legally Blonde The Musical & Rent on Thursday, August 14th. On March 3rd at 7:30PM the University of Michigan Entertainment Coalition (UMEC) and the U of M Club of New York will present Bravo Blue! This 'Musical Homecoming' Concert will feature over 40 U of M alumni professionals and friends in a fast paced sampler of musical theatre, classical and contemporary music, jazz, opera, and dance.
