Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment and LD Entertainment present THE MIRACLE SEASON,arriving on DVD and Digital July 31. Helen Hunt and William Hurt star in this triumphant film based on the inspiring true story of the Iowa City West High School girls' volleyball team. After the tragic death of their star player, Caroline “Line” Found (Danika Yarosh), the team must band together under the guidance of their tough-love coach (Hunt) and Caroline's iron-willed father (Hurt) in hopes of winning the state championship. Together they regain their strength and spirit in order to “Live Like Line!”

LAByrinth Theater Company (Artistic Director John Ortiz) recently announced that they will present the World Premiere of Devil of Choice by LAB Member Maggie Bofill (Winners, Drawn and Quartered). They are thrilled for performances to begin Wednesday, May 23, and will run through Saturday, June 9, 2018, at The Cherry Lane Theatre (38 Commerce Street, New York, NY 10014). The Maggie Allesee Department of Theatre and Dance, a department within the College of Fine, Performing and Communication Arts at Wayne State University, will honor legendary Broadway lighting designer, Natasha Katz, with the 2018 Apple Award on Thursday, April 19, 2018 during an invitation-only ceremony at the Fisher Theatre prior to that evening's performance of Broadway's 'School of Rock,' for which Ms. Katz designed the lighting.

The Actors' Gang has announced an extension of "The New Colossus" due to strong ticket sales. The production will now continue through May 12 at The Actors' Gang Theater. Directed by Tim Robbins and written The Actors' Gang ensemble and The Actors' Gang's Artistic Director, Tim Robbins. The world premiere of The New Colossus began previews on February 8 and opened on February 17, 2018. Six new performances have been added on Saturday nights at 8:00pm - April 7, 14, 21, 28, May 5, and closing night, May 12.

The Klezmatics, known for their unique blend of melodic mysticism and improvisational activism, return to The Broad Stage to turn their music inside out on Thursday, March 29 at 7:30pm. Performing alongside the "Prince of Kosher Gospel," Joshua Nelson, this evening will expose the complexity of Jewish identity, Black identity and human identity.
