Abingdon Theatre Company concludes its 2010-2011 Season with the New York premiere of SUMMER IN SANCTUARY- A new play by Al Letson, host of NPR's 'State of the Re:Union' Directed by Rob Urbinati (BORDER/CLASH)

Host Andy Cohen joined honorary chairs Hugh Dancy, Claire Daines, David Duchovny and Téa Leoni for MCC's annual MISCAST Gala. This one-night-only musical spectacular featured Broadway's hottest stars performing songs from roles in which they would never be cast. Classic Stage Company (CSC), under the leadership of Artistic Director Brian Kulick and Executive Director Jessica R. Jenen, will present David Ives' new comedy, THE SCHOOL FOR LIES, adapted from the Moli re classic The Misanthrope, directed by Tony Award winner Walter Bobbie, beginning performances Wednesday, April 13 at CSC (136 East 13th Street) for a limited engagement through Sunday, May 22

Direct from critically acclaimed runs in London's West End and the Edinburgh Festival, CATWALK CONFIDENTIAL, Robyn Peterson's one woman show about her life as a super model in the 1970's, will have a special fundraiser performance on March 3, a benefit for AGENDA FOUNDATION

Grammy and Emmy Award winner, Tony Award nominee and multi-platinum recording artist Harry Connick, Jr. will star in a reimagined production of ON A CLEAR DAY YOU CAN SEE FOREVER opening fall 2011 on Broadway at a theatre to be announced. The delightful Tony Award nominated score by Burton Lane (music) and Alan Jay Lerner (lyrics) is enhanced by classics from their film scores for On A Clear Day You Can See Forever (1970) and Royal Wedding (1951). With a new book by Peter Parnell based on the original book by Alan Jay Lerner, the musical is reconceived and directed by Tony Award winner Michael Mayer. InViolet Repertory Theater in association with New York Theatre Workshop presents the World Premiere of 40 WEEKS by Michael Henry Harris. Directed by Danton Stone (Broadway's One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Next, Angels Fall, Fifth of July), previews begin February 22 at the 4th Street Theatre.
