Bill Clifford To Star In BROADWAY BILL'S WAY - PART DEUX

The desert's own Bill Clifford will perform 'Broadway, Bill's Way - Part Deux' at the Arthur Newman Theatre in Palm Desert on Sunday, April 7, 2019 at 2 PM as part of the on-going Les Michaels' Cabaret On Sundays Series. With him will be Wayne Abravanel on the baby grand piano. Tickets are $15 cash at the door and the Arthur Newman Theater is located at 73750 Catalina Way in Palm Desert. Doors open at 1 pm and show time is 2 pm.

In a special event on Sunday July 29th at 3:00 pm, the biopic of Kaye Ballard - a stage and screen actress who performed with Big Bands, on Broadway, on television, and in movies - will be screened. Ninety-two-year-old Ballard is known for a varied career as an actress and singer, spanning over seventy years. The film, which is presented by Jim Dandy Films, is intended to be a celebration of this incredible actress' life and career. Kaye Ballard - The Show Goes On includes appearances by : Ann Margaret, Joy Behar, Carol Burnett, Carol Channing, Elaine Page, Hal Prince, and many more! The biopic is produced and directed by Dan Wingate, co-produced by Clark Bason, with executive producers Jim Pierson & Hal Wing.

Written by Scott Carter, executive producer and writer for Bill Maher's Politically Incorrect and Real Time, this whip-smart philosophical comedy features Larry Cedar (Deadwood, PBS's Square One TV), David Melville (Travel Channel Lawrence of America, film Ironclad) and Armin Shimerman (Quark on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, Associate Artistic Director at The Antaeus Company) and will be again helmed by director, Matt August (Broadway How the Grinch Stole Christmas). Due to popular demand, the production has extended now through November 23.
