The Junior Society of Ballet Hispanico, the nation's premier Latino dance organization, will host its annual Junior Society Benefit, Dance Into Fashion, at The Jane Ballroom tonight, October 18, 2012 at 8pm.

The 2012 Bessies: New York Dance and Performance Award Recipients were held on Monday, October 15, 2012 at the Apollo Theater (253 West 125th Street), hosted by Elizabeth Streb. Scroll down for a full list of the award winners!

The National Association of Latino Arts and Cultures will honor Ballet Hispanico founder Tina Ramirez at the 2012 NALAC Conference in Philadelphia, PA at the Loews Hotel. In recognition of her award, Ballet Hispanico will present Ms. Ramirez with a performance of A Verme at the conference on Friday, October 19, 2012 at 8:00pm at the Penn Museum, 3260 South Street, Philadelphia, PA.

Ballet Hispanico, recognized as the preeminent Latino dance institution in the United States, announces the first performance of the Fall 2012 Season for BHdos, the company's pre-professional troupe. On September 2, 2012 at 2:00 pm, the company will perform at Central Park's Charles A. Dana Discover Center. The performance is the closing event of the Harlem Meer Performance Festival.
