The Los Angeles Drama Critics Circle has announced its nominations and special awards for excellence in Los Angeles and Orange County theatre for the year 2014 (Dec. 1, 2013 - Nov. 30, 2014). The 46th Annual Los Angeles Drama Critics Circle Awards ceremony will take place on Monday, March 16, 2015 at Beyond the Stars Palace, 417 N. Brand Boulevard in Glendale.

The Los Angeles Drama Critics Circle has announced that its awards for qualifying year 2012 will be held on Monday evening, March 18, 2013, at the Los Angeles Theatre Center, 514 South Spring St. in downtown Los Angeles. In addition, the Circle's invitation-only nominees' reception will be held at the same location two weeks earlier, on Monday evening, March 4, 2013.

At a May meeting of the Los Angeles Drama Critics Circle, David C. Nichols was chosen as the Circle'spresident for a one-year term. Nichols, who writes for the L.A. Times and other local publications, had previously held that office from 2008 to 2010.

The Los Angeles Drama Critics Circle has announced its nominations and special awards for excellence in Los Angeles, Orange County and Ventura County theatre for the year 2011. The 43rd Annual Los Angeles Drama Critics Circle Awards ceremony will take place on Monday, March 19, 2012 at A Noise Within, the acclaimed classical repertory theatre company, in its new 33,000 square-foot, state-of-the-art venue in Pasadena, thanks to the generous donation of A Noise Within's management. The theatre is located on the corner of Foothill Boulevard and Sierra Madre Villa Avenue at 3352 East Foothill Blvd., Pasadena, CA 91107. Tickets are $40, and should be reserved in advance from the LADCC's website, at www.ladramacriticscircle.com. The doors open at 6:30 p.m. for pre-show hors d'oeuvres (with no-host bar), and the show commences at 7:30 p.m.

Rosenberg, Managing Director) present the New York premiere of MILK LIKE SUGAR, a new play by Kirsten Greenidge in her New York debut. Directed by Rebecca Taichman (Menopausal Gentlemen, Orlando, The Scene), the production has an Opening Night set for Tuesday, November 1 at 7PM. The limited engagement will play through Sunday, November 20 at Playwrights Horizons Peter Jay Sharp Theater (416 West 42nd Street).
