The Olivier Awards will be presented tonight live from London's Royal Albert Hall! Tune into the live stream of the red carpet, as well as the ceremony, being broadcast on Facebook!

Man of La Mancha stars Kelsey Grammer and Danielle De Niese recently appeared on BBC's The One Show, where they talked about the West End musical. At the end of their appearance they performed 'The Impossible Dream.'

Peter Polycarpou is a renowned stage, film and TV performer, most recently seen in Oslo at the National Theatre. He now takes on the role of Don Quixote's squire, Sancho Panza in Man of the Mancha at the London Coliseum.

After leading the West End cast of Beautiful - The Carole King Musical, Cassidy Janson formed part of the Leading Ladies trio and appeared in the English National Opera's production of Chess as Florence. She now returns to the London Coliseum stage as the alternate Aldonza in Man of La Mancha, sharing the role with Danielle de Niese. Cassidy spoke to Broadway World about the show.

Full details of presenters, performances and special appearances have been announced for the Olivier Awards 2019 with Mastercard, which takes place on Sunday 7 April at the Royal Albert Hall, hosted by Jason Manford.

It was announced today (Friday 15 March 2019) that renowned stage, film and TV performer Peter Polycarpou will play Don Quixote's squire, Sancho Panza in Man of the Mancha at the London Coliseum; the first West End production of this multi-Tony award-winning Broadway musical for 50 years.

It was announced today that the BAFTA award-winning actor Nicholas Lyndhurst and West End star Cassidy Janson have joined Kelsey Grammer and Danielle de Niese in the acclaimed musical Man of La Mancha which opens at the London Coliseum on 26 April 2019.

Placido Domingo has announced the company's 2019/20 season. The season will include six mainstage operas, one musical, one recital and one concert presented at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion, with additional performances presented in other venues through the company's Off Grand initiative.

Lyric Opera of Chicago's new coproduction of Puccini's La boheme opens the company's 64th season tomorrow -- Saturday, October 6, at 6:30pm. There are five performances through October 20 and six additional performance Jan. 10-25 at the Lyric Opera House, 20 N. Richard Kessler, Dean of Mannes School of Music and Executive Dean of the College of Performing Arts at The New School, announced today the appointment of Emma Griffin as the Managing Artistic Director of the Mannes Opera. Griffin, whose hiring is the result of an international search, succeeds Joseph Colaneri, who stepped down as Artistic Director of The Mannes Opera after a highly successful 20 year tenure.

Italian baritone Alessio Arduini and Ukrainian baritone Andrei Bondarenko have both withdrawn from the role of Marcello in The Royal Opera's forthcoming revival of La boheme.
