The Philly POPS will make its 40th Anniversary Season debut with performances by Broadway star Leslie Odom Jr. on September 28, 29 and 30 at the Kimmel Center.

'Dr. Bradley's Functional Narcissism…The Psychoanalytic Odyssey of a Once Glorified Chorus Boy' has been packing in SRO crowds in a series of cabaret evenings in NYC, offering a hilarious and touching combination of psychotherapy, (of which Dr. Bradley Jones is a bona fide, longstanding practitioner in New York City) and song and dance (of which he was a bona fide practitioner in Broadway's 'A Chorus Line" for nearly ten years). He'll return, by popular demand, to Don't Tell Mama on September 16th at 7pm for an encore performance. If you want to attend, reservations are essential.

The hilarious and moving coming-of-age story chronicles Jones' childhood as a budding theater queen, ten years on Broadway in A Chorus Line, right through the present and his successful, post -Broadway career as a psychoanalyst in New York City. Theatrical charity Acting for Others today announces that £9,500 was raised at the fourth annual West End Bake Off last weekend; breaking all previous records for monies raised at this event, which has become a calendar marked day for shows in the West End. The same day His Royal Highness Prince Harry married Meghan Markle, top West End shows brought cake creations to be judged by Christopher Biggins, Wendi Peters and Ruthie Henshall.

Martin Kemp will star as smooth-talking lawyer Billy Flynn in the multi award-winning CHICAGO at the Phoenix Theatre in London's West End from Monday 2 July for a limited season until Saturday 1 September 2018. The rest of the cast who will be appearing alongside Martin Kemp are still to be announced.

Award-winning vocalist Leslie Odom, Jr. releases a new ballad "What Are We Waiting For"   (S-Curve Records/BMG) featuring his wife, and actress, Nicolette Robinson.  Of the collaboration Odom, Jr. says "Nic and I have sung this song in concert together for years--most recently for the filming of my Live From Lincoln Center show for PBS. We love the tune and we love singing it together. The song means a lot to us."

Chicago's hit West End revival ­- which featured a constant revolving door of big names - closed in 2012 after almost 15 years. Now, it returns with the requisite stunt casting (Cuba Gooding Jr), but also with a cast of triple-threat stalwarts who illustrate the enduring strengths of this whip-smart, black-hearted musical.

Following a successful UK and international tour, and after a 5½-year absence from London, the multi award-winning Kander & Ebb musical Chicago, winner of six Tony Awards, two Olivier Awards and a Grammy, has begun performances at The Phoenix Theatre and an extended booking period until 6 October 2018.

CHICAGO boasts an all-star cast including Cuba Gooding Jr as Billy Flynn, Sarah Soetaert as Roxie Hart, Josefina Gabrielle as Velma Kelly, Ruthie Henshall as Mama Morton and Paul Rider as Amos Hart.
