Good news - Hamilton's digital lottery is officially back for the winter, meaning that fans can enter online daily for a chance to see one of Broadway's biggest hits. Better news - this means that digital #Ham4Ham is back, featuring surprise performances from the cast. After the company's appearance earlier this week on Capitol Hill, today's #Ham4Ham features the Schuyler Sisters and the women of HAMILTON singing in the Vermeil Room, which celebrates the women of the White House. Launching today, Ham App is an iPhone app that does one thing and does it well: help you enter the lottery to see Hamilton every day. The hit musical is sold out for the rest of the year, so the best chance that most fans have is to enter the daily lottery. However, until Ham App, that process was annoying and required remembering to enter every day.

First Lady Michelle Obama welcomed the Broadway cast of Hamilton to the White House today to host a student workshop, Q&A, and a performance of musical selections from the production. Dear Readers, I'm back from the Mothership (New York of course) to let you all in on some of the wonderful and not so wonderful things I saw with a few brief notes on each. And yes that includes my catching the juggernaut of all shows on Broadway right now, 'Hamilton'. Now there are some shows that I saw that are still in previews so I can't really review them but wanted to let you know about them anyway. So let's start at the top.
