Recently, at the invite-only Women of Jammcard JammJam event, Lauren Jauregui brought down the house alongside a slew of surprise guests like Chika, Sheléa, Madame Gandhi and Mads Paige. Hosted by Jammcard, the 'LinkedIn for Professional Musicians,' the room was filled with a powerful energy, both onstage and in the audience, were captivated by the one-of-a-kind performance that only takes place at the JammJam. Backing Jauregui, Chika, Sheléa and the other artists who jumped in to perform were some of the top female musicians in the scene, including Nicole Row (Panic at the Disco), Kat Dyson (Prince), Angie Swan (David Byrne/Adam Lambert), Bianca Richardson (Willow Smith), Kyla Moscovich (Macklemore/Kanye West), Bonnie McIntosh (Selena Gomez), Ayla Tesler-Mabe (18 year old guitar influencer), and Victoria Theodore (Beyoncé, Stevie Wonder).

Powerhouse vocalist/actress Emma Hunton (onstage for many a UNAUTHORIZED MUSICAL PARODY OF...  show) switches gears, exhibiting her directing prowess in her inaugural directorial UMPO production of A LEAGUE OF THEIR OWN. Hunton keeps the punchlines, the pop songs, the sweet moves coming at you in a machine gun-pace with just enough time to react with laughter or applause. As expected of a project from UMPO executive producer/writer Kate Pazakis, UMPO: A LEAGUE OF THEIR OWN consists of her very clever selection of pop songs to further the narrative, combined with some of the wittiest lines to parody the already existing funny moments of the Penny Marshall-directed A League of Their Own.

Oklahoma husband / wife duo, The Imaginaries, Shane Henry (guitar, vocals) and Maggie McClure (keys, piano, vocals), recently finished recording their debut album, their first together as The Imaginaries, in famed Muscle Shoals, AL.  It serves as both an introduction to their music together and the beginning of their journey as a band after both singer songwriters have had their own successes as solo artists.  Maggie, with her subtly sweet vocals and piano style blends seamlessly with Shane's blues-rock grit to form their own unique blend of Americana music.  

Jammcard has finally released the long awaited video from their JammJam at Capitol Records featuring Ty Dolla $ign. The video features his musical director, Mike Moore, on drums, as well as keyboardist Philip Cornish who has gained major attention as of late for musical directing Kanye West's Sunday Service.

Holiday supergroup Band of Merrymakers will perform in the 87th annual Hollywood Christmas Parade, the largest Christmas event in America, on Sunday, November 25th, 2018 at 5 p.m PT. Pop singer songwriter Ingrid Michaelson today released "Looks Like a Cold, Cold Winter," the debut single from her upcoming album, Ingrid Michaelson's Songs for the Season, out October 26 on her Cabin 24 records.
