William Peace University Hosts Screening of Sundance Documentary INEQUALITY FOR ALL, 1/28

William Peace University, a private four-year university located in downtown Raleigh, has announced it is hosting a screening of the Sundance award-winning documentary, 'Inequality for All,' on Tuesday, January 28, 2014. The film, which features American economist, professor, author and former U.S. Secretary of Labor, Robert Reich, examines income inequality in the United States, along with a shrinking middle class, and their effect on America's economy and democracy.

The House Theatre of Chicago presents the all-ages original play Rose and the Rime at the Chopin Theatre Upstairs Theatre, 1543 W. Division St., Friday, Jan. 17 - Sunday, March 9. The play is created by Company Members Chris Matthews, Jake Minton and Artistic Director Nathan Allen, who will also serve as the production's director, and has choreography by Company Member Tommy Rapley and music by Company Member Kevin O' Donnell. Previews begin Friday, Jan. 17 through Saturday, Jan. 25 and play on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 8 p.m. and Sundays at 7 p.m. Press opening is Sunday, Jan. 26 at 7 p.m. Regular performances are Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 8 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday matinees at 3 p.m. Although designed for adults, The Rose and the Rime is suitable for kids six and up and encourages young audiences to attend the opening of the production. The run time is 85 minutes with no intermission. Preview tickets are $15, Regular Run tickets range from $20 to $40 and $10 Student and Industry Same-Day discounted tickets are available for all dates, seats permitting. “The Rachel Maddow Show” marked a big victory in the key A25-54 demo, ranking #1 at 9 p.m. among cable news networks for the week of January 6, according to data from Nielsen. Maddow finished the week with 325,000 among A25-54, topping Fox News Channel's “The Kelly File” (305,000) and CNN's 9 p.m. programming (159,000). This was “The Rachel Maddow Show's” best week since April 15, 2013 (Boston marathon bombing).

The day will include live coverage from both Washington, D.C. and New York with Chris Matthews anchoring live from the National Mall throughout the day beginning at 11AM ET.
