BERKELEY, CA (March 22, 2016) – Music Director Joana Carneiro and Berkeley Symphonyclose their 2015-16 season Thursday, May 5 at 8 pm at Zellerbach Hall with the West Coast premiere of Mark Grey's Frankenstein Symphony, which the Orchestra co-commissioned with Atlanta Symphony Orchestra. Violinist Simone Porter makes her first appearance in the Bay Area, performing Tchaikovsky's Violin Concerto with the Orchestra.

The sixth annual "Night Of A Thousand Judys" - the Pride concert to benefit The Ali Forney Center presented by The Meeting* hosted by Justin Sayre - will take place at Merkin Concert Hall at the Kaufman Center (129 West 67th Street in Manhattan) on Monday, June 6.

BRIC is pleased to welcome Brooklyn songwriter Mirah Yom Tov Zeitlyn and Los Angeles musical polymath Jherek Bischoff to BRIC House on May 5. The night will feature sets from both Mirah and Bischoff, with a euphonious string quartet rounding out the band.
