?TADA! will kick off its 2016 season with THE GUMBALL GANG: Crime-Solving Kids, from January 22 - February 15 at TADA! 15 West 28th Street. The original musical, with Book, Music & Lyrics by JIM COLLERAN, will be Directed & Choreographed by TADA!'s Associate Artistic Director & Resident Choreographer, JOANNA GREER, with Musical Direction by MATTHEW GREGORY. Set Design is by Carl Tallent, Lighting Design by Steve O'Shea & Costume Design by Cheryl McCarron. Julia Nichols Stage Manages & Assistant Director/Assistant Stage Manager is Christina Franklin (TADA! alum).

As BroadwayWorld reported yesterday, Patricia Elliott, who won a Tony Award for her Broadway debut in A LITTLE NIGHT MUSIC, has passed away. Her niece, Sally Fay, said Elliott died of cancer on Sunday, December 20 at her home in Manhattan. She was 77.

Performer Brian Stokes Mitchell speaks of his desire to uplift his audience by adding character to his music. Davies Symphony Hall discovered his exact meaning Wednesday when "Stokes" - "affectionately" called so by conductor Randall Craig Fleischer - immediately lit up the stage with a hearty smile. His personality, as joyful and inspiring as the holiday season celebrated, tells a story in itself.
