Legendary actor/comedian Don Rickles will be honored with the Friars Club's Lifetime Achievement Award for Comedy at a star-studded awards gala which will be held on Monday, June 24, 2013 at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York. Among those scheduled to participate in honoring Rickles through their songs or words will be Bob Costas, Tony Danza, Kathy Griffin, Diana Krall, John Mayer, Bob Newhart, Regis Philbin, Joan Rivers and Bob Saget.

The two performers, who have performed extensively on their own, gained national exposure together as the host and musical director of the wildly popular open mic, Cast Party, which celebrates talent every Monday at Birdland in NYC, and tours nationally. Hit City Digital Records has announced Henry Turner, Jr. & Flavor's 2013 Ultimate Louisiana Party II tour dates from June to September. The band will once again go on their annual circuit of Texas, Arizona, California, Oregon and Washington, performing in clubs, at festivals and hosting some Ultimate Louisiana Parties that feature local musicians, jam sessions and themed 'Taste of Louisiana' buffets.

Actress/comedienne Jo Anne Worley needs no introduction. One of the stars of the classic TV variety show Rowan and Martin's Laugh-In, Worley will be at Welk Resorts in Escondido displaying her comic versatility as she presents her one-woman show Keep Laughin' June 26-30.
