Bay Street Theatre is pleased to announce its upcoming Kids Summer Theater Camps July 30- August 3 and August 6 -10. The camps are focused on ages 8 through 12, and run Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 12:30pm daily at Studio 3 in Bridgehampton.

The Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth and legendary Broadway star Betty Buckley, present two benefit concerts featuring her recent Song Interpretation Workshop participants. The concerts are set for today, June 19 and tomorrow June 20th at the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth at 7:30pm.

Following the successful run of her new show, "Ah, Men! The Boys of Broadway!" at Feinstein's, Broadway star Betty Buckley returns to New York this August to offer her Song Interpretation & Monologue Master Class at T. Schreiber Studio and Theatre.

Today we are talking to an actor who has appeared in over fifty feature films and starred in plays on Broadway and in the West End all about his career thus far, looking ahead to his new role as John Sculley in the forthcoming jOBS, co-starring Ashton Kutcher as Steve Jobs and Josh Gad as Steve Wozniak, directed by Joshua Michael Stewart - the one and only Matthew Modine. In this all-encompassing chat tracing the past to the present, Modine also manages to give us the scoop on his featured role in the final part of Christopher Nolan's BATMAN trilogy, THE DARK KNIGHT RISES, and shares his candid impressions of working with Anne Hathaway, Joseph Gordon-Levitt and the rest of the starry cast of the sure-to-be blockbuster of the summer. SD Productions presents A DANCE FOR RYLIE as a part of the 4th annual Planet Connections Theatre Festivity. Donations collected at each performance will benefit the Ali Forney Center, an organization that provides housing for homeless LGBT youth.

The Public Theater announced today that Tony Award winner Denis O'Hare has been cast as The Baker in Stephen Sondheim and James Lapine's beloved musical INTO THE WOODS, directed by Timothy Sheader with co-direction by Liam Steel. INTO THE WOODS will be O'Hare's Shakespeare in the Park debut. Previews begin on Monday, July 23 at the Delacorte Theater and continue for five weeks through Saturday, August 25, with an official press opening on Thursday, August 9.

Following its run at the Landor Theatre, The Mystery of Edwin Drood, based on Dickens' final unfinished novel, with book, music and lyrics by Rupert Holmes, directed by Matthew Gould, will get a 4-week season at the Arts Theatre, opening tonight, May 22 at 7:30 p.m. and running through Sunday 17 June.

Today we celebrate Broadway's best and brightest moments at the Tony Awards - looking ahead the 2012 Tony telecast on June 10 on CBS - with this tremendous trio of triple-threat talents; all recreating the iconic roles and songs that brought them to Tony Award glory: Jennifer Holiday with "And I Am Telling You I'm Not Going" from DREAMGIRLS, Patti LuPone with "Don't Cry For Me Argentina" from EVITA and Betty Buckley with "Memory" from CATS. All original leading ladies; all performing the songs they introduced on the Great White Way - all as fabulous as always, if not more so.

He will be joined by director Davis Robinson, the musicians, and the cast. This presentation is made possible by a grant from the New England Foundation for the Arts, and was originally scheduled for Friday, May 4th. The forum is free and open to the public. The forum will begin at 9:15, immediately after the 8pm performance.
