After a successful inaugural season in 2009, BAY STREET @ THE PARRISH returns this summer with two fabulous shows coming to the intimate space that Bay Street christened last summer at the Parrish Art Museum in Southampton.

How do events change us? Do we look back with hope or despair at the way in which our lives are affected by the time in which we live? These are the questions posed by FIFTH OF JULY, a funny and moving play written by Sag Harbor's own Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright Lanford Wilson. Part comedy, part drama, The New York Times calls FIFTH OF JULY, "the wisest and funniest play of its generation."

Come and 'Rock the Dock' for Bay Street Theatre at the 18th annual Summer Gala Benefit Bash on Saturday, July 17th, taking place once again on the Long Wharf in Sag Harbor. Bay Street's Summer Gala, recognized as 'Best of the Best - Event of the Year' (Dan's Papers, 2007, 2008 and 2009), has several new twists this year that are sure to keep guests entertained all night long! Mario Cantone (Sex & The City) will bring his comedic talent as Host to this star-studded event which will include cocktails, dining, dancing, and auction all set against the background of the stunning bay and moonlit sky. Guests can enjoy either a sit-down dinner or a special new feature this year; a lounge seating area in which revelers will receive passed tapas throughout the evening. Both the dinner and tapas will be catered by Sterling Affair Caterers. Music and entertainment will be provided by celebrity DJ Tom Finn, named 'The King of Spin' by Avenue Magazine. Finn has kept the dance floor bustling at fabulous parties including the MTV Music Awards, Oprah's 50th Birthday Party, and even The White House Millennium Bash! The evening will also include a special performance by Escola de Samba Boom which brings a Brazilian flair to the evening with its lively and rhythmical 'Samba' dancing and music.

Bay Street Theatre is happy to present three different summer camp opportunities with spots filling quickly! Each week-long session will be held at Nova's Ark in Water Mill from 2pm - 4:30pm daily for kids ages 8 - 12. Children can sign up for one week or all three weeks.
