Bay Street Theatre is pleased to announce GIRLS NIGHT OUT, on Wednesday, March 30 at 6:30 pm. Celebrate summer early as the evening is just two months away from Memorial Day! Enjoy a night of pampering, fashion, cocktails, raffles and more for $25 per person.

Bay Street Theatre is getting ready for the 20th Mainstage Season beginning May 31. Local equity and non-equity actors are encouraged to audition for roles in Betty's Summer Vacation and other upcoming productions.

To start the 20th Season, Bay Street is pleased to announce a very special event on April 3, with all proceeds helping to support Bay Street's 20th Season. The event celebrates the East End's own Truman Capote. Beginning at 11:30 am, enjoy a fabulous 'Breakfast at Tiffany's brunch' at The American Hotel with special guest 'Saturday Night Lives' Darrell Hammond. Following the brunch the fun continues at the Bay Street with a champagne toast, live piano music, and a raffle with the chance for ticket buyers to this event to win a Tiffany & Co. sterling silver necklace. Plus there will be other additional raffles at the event. At 1:30 pm the film BREAKFAST AT TIFFANY'S will be shown on the big screen. The cost for all of this fun is $125. A $50 ticket is also available for the champagne toast, chance to win the sterling silver necklace and the film; the fun with this ticket begins at 12:30 pm at Bay Street. PLUS, come dressed as Audrey Hepburn or Holly Golightly and you may win the prize for best costume!

Teal Wicks began performances in the role of Elphaba in the Broadway company of WICKED on February 1, 2011. Wicks is making her Broadway debut after playing the role of Elphaba in both the San Francisco and Los Angeles productions of WICKED. New York singer and actor Steven Brinberg has garnered acclaim from audiences and critics from around the World as the quintessential Barbra Streisand impersonator in the business today. He has toured across the globe in theatres, concert halls and clubs for over a decade and was chosen by Ms. Streisand's management to make a surprise personal appearance at her friend Donna Karan's birthday party. Now, Desert audiences will have not one - but two opportunities to experience Simply Barbra, Saturday, February 26th at a 9 PM at Blame It On Midnight in Palm Springs, and on Sunday, February 27th at 2 PM at the Arthur Newman Theatre at The Joslyn Center in Palm Desert

Bay Street Theatre is planning a MARDI GRAS PARTY on Saturday, March 5. The fun starts at 8 pm. The dance party features musical groups GENE CASEY & THE LONE SHARKS and the WHO DAT LOUNGERS. Between band sets, there will be fun films showing New Orleans and some of its great musicians compiled by Joe Lauro, who is known for his popular Legends Series that has been screened at Bay Street Theatre for the past year.

Bay Street Theatre is pleased to announce the Kids School Vacation Theatre Camp February 21-25 and April 18-22; 9 am - 3 pm daily. Back by popular demand, each week long session will include classes and games incorporating every aspect of theatre that includes acting, singing, performance and dance. Students will write and perform in their own mini-musical!

Based on the Jan De Hartog play, The Fourposter, the story spans fifty years, from 1895 to 1945, as it focuses on the trials and tribulations, laughters and sorrows, and hopes and disappointments experienced by Agnes and Michael Snow throughout their marriage. I DO! I DO! is a remarkably intimate, romantic piece. We are invited into the bedroom of newlyweds Michael & Agnes who anticipate a wonderful blissful life…'Together Forever' as one of the early musical selections would have us believe. As we all know, reality sets in as the young couple struggle to maintain their happiness, passion, devotion and yes even a sense of humor, through all the joys, pains, trials and tribulations that they share in their 50 years of marriage.

Bay Street Theatre announces a special film and dance event on Saturday, February 12 at 8 pm. See Diana Ross and Billy Dee Williams in the romantic film MAHOGANY followed by a dance with a DJ just in time for a special night on Valentines Day Weekend.
