Carrie St. Louis to Join Cast of Broadway's ROCK OF AGES as 'Sherrie,' 4/21

Producers of the five-time Tony Award nominated hit musical ROCK OF AGES are have announced that direct from the Las Vegas production Carrie St. Louis will make her Broadway debut in the lead role of Sherrie - the 'small town girl' who 'took the midnight train goin' anywhere' - on Monday, April 21, 2014. Carrie St. Louis originated the role of Sherrie in the Las Vegas production, which opened on January 5, 2013, for which she received The Broadway World Las Vegas Award for Best Actress in a Musical. Cast of Broadway's ROCK OF AGES to Perform on NBC's THE TODAY SHOW, 3/20

The five-time Tony Award Nominated musical ROCK OF AGES continues to celebrate its 5th Anniversary on Broadway, #RockofAge5, by bringing Broadway's Best Party back to NBC's TODAY SHOW on Thursday, March 20. The cast will help TODAY kick off spring in the plaza with a performance in the 8am hour and again in-studio with Kathie Lee & Hoda in the 10am hour. Finley will make his Broadway debut in the leading role of Drew beginning Friday, August 9, 2013 at Broadway's Helen Hayes Theatre (220 W 44thStreet). Justin Matthew Sargent, who has performed the role since March 2012, will play his final performance on Sunday, July 28 at 7:30pm. During the interim period, the role will be covered by Tony LePage. Producers of the five-time Tony Award nominated hit musical ROCK OF AGES have just announced that Kate Rockwell (Bring It On: The Musical, Legally Blonde), will 'Bring It' to Broadway's Bourbon Room, taking on the leading role of Sherrie - the "small town girl" who "took the midnight train goin' anywhere" - on Monday, January 21, 2013. The 21-performance run of ROCK OF AGES will begin at the Tokyo International Forum (October 28 to November 6; 14 performances) before traveling to Osaka (November 11 to 13; 5 performances) and Fukuoka (November 19; 2 performances). Renowned Japanese singer Nishikawa Takanori (also known as T.M. Revolution) will lead the cast as 'Drew' in this classic rock love story that features major hits from the 1980's including 'Every Rose Has Its Thorn', 'I Wanna Know What Love Is', 'Here I Go Again', 'Don't Stop Believin' and more.
