Asolo Repertory Theatre announced the cast and creative team for THE WIZARD OF OZ: YOUTH EDITION, with eight actors portraying more than 35 characters in the Sarasota production directed by Cat Brindisi.

'LADY DISDAIN', the Rolling World Premiere, by Lauren Gunderson is a romantic comedy play that cleverly infuses a modern and feminist twist into Shakespeare's classic 'Much Ado About Nothing.' The setting is a vibrant audio book recording studio, where the delightful drama unfolds between the feuding narrators Bea and Ben. What starts as a clash of egos slowly evolves into a heartwarming enemies-to-lovers story full of witty banter.

Chaos.  Step into the wildly addictive world of Lady Disdain — a sharp, sexy, laugh-out-loud new romantic comedy from acclaimed playwright Lauren M. Gunderson. Asolo Repertory Theatre has revealed the cast and creative team for the rolling world premiere of Lady Disdain, a new romantic comedy by Lauren Gunderson, directed by Sean Daniels, running in Sarasota, FL.

Asolo's new presentation of 'MARIE AND ROSETTA' is a delightful celebration of the powerhouse women who shaped musical history. The story takes us back to a funeral home in Mississippi in 1946, where Sister Rosetta Tharpe, known as 'The Godmother of Rock & Roll', and Marie Knight come together for an unforgettable partnership.

This summer, Gretna Theatre opens its 2026 season with Always... Patsy Cline, bringing audiences a heartfelt, toe-tapping tribute to the legendary country singer. Inspired by the true story of Patsy Cline’s friendship with devoted fan Louise Seger.
