PITTSBURGH – Rock 'n roll icons Pat Benatar and Neil Giraldo join the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra on stage for a night of symphonic rock at Heinz Hall on June 30 at 7:30 p.m.

From 'Defying Gravity' to a year in space without gravity, Mayo Performing Arts Center's 2016-2017 season is definitely going to new heights.

Responding to the heightened mood of this election year, SUNY's Empire State College (ESC) Metropolitan Center and The Yip Harburg Foundation (YHF) aim to inspire existing and prospective students with the power of songs of conscience as part of their educational/entertainment partnership. 

Rock and Roll Hall of Fame artist Art Garfunkel will perform an intimate set at Hennepin Theatre Trust's historic Pantages Theatre on Thursday, Jan. 12, 2017 at 7:30 p.m. The evening will include Garfunkel's solo and Simon & Garfunkel hits, poetry and reflections on his decades-long career. Tickets go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. on Friday, April 29 at the State Theatre Box Office, charge-by-phone at (800) 982-2787 and online at HennepinTheatreTrust.org.

McCarter Theatre Center is pleased to announce an eclectic mix of presented programming in the month of May. In addition to the previously announced concerts by Amos Lee, Dark Star Orchestra, and Todd Rundgren, McCarter Theatre Center will also be hosting performances from Alan Cumming, Art Garfunkel, the rescheduled concert by bass-baritone Eric Owens, and Dance Theatre of Harlem.

Garfunkel & Oates will be performing live at Paramount Theatre on August 27th at 8pm along with special guests Kyle Kinane and Cameron Esposito. Tickets go on sale Friday, April 29th at 10am. Now in its sixth season, the Lone Tree Arts Center (LTAC) has established a reputation for presenting outstanding and engaging professional performances for audiences reaching far beyond its south metro Denver location. 60,000 people a year attend performances at the Arts Center, with ticket sales topping $1 million annually. At a private subscriber event on Friday evening, Executive Director Lisa Rigsby Peterson announced LTAC's offerings for the 2016-17 season.

Fallen Angel Theatre Company (Aedin Moloney, Producing Artistic Director) today announced their next production: the Off-Broadway Premiere of Sharman Macdonald's When I Was A Girl I Used To Scream and Shout, a bittersweet and bitingly funny examination of mother/daughter turmoil.
