On Monday, March 7, the Broadway at Birdland concert series was proud to present the return of pianist/composer John Bucchino in "John, Paul, George, Ringo...and Dick." Scroll down for photos from the concert!

The concert featured solo piano improvisations of songs from John's first instrumental CD, "On Richard Rodgers' Piano" and his new CD "BEATLES Reimagined." John shared fresh, inventive, one-time-only versions of these beloved songs created in the moment, as well as anecdotes about their history and insights into his pianistic process.

The cheering audience included creators and family members of Great American Songbook royalty, including Jamie Bernstein, Nina Guettel Beaty, Daisy Prince and Art Garfunkel, as well as playwright/activist Larry Kramer.

The award-winning Broadway at Birdland concert series takes place every week on the Birdland stage, located in the heart of Manhattan's Theater District.
