MTV announced today that Chris Pratt, one of Hollywood's most renowned and sought-after actors, will be honored with the Generation Award during the 2018 “MTV Movie & TV Awards.' Hosted by Tiffany Haddish, this year's show will air on Monday, June 18 at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT from the Barker Hangar in Los Angeles.

FOX has renewed its freshman medical drama, THE RESIDENT, for a second season.

Goodspeed is assembling a stellar cast for Cyrano an inspired new take on the Edmond Rostand classic Cyrano de Bergerac. Emmy and Golden Globe Award-winning actor Peter Dinklage will develop the title role and film actress Haley Bennett will play Roxanne in this bold new musical. Additional casting will be announced at a later date. This exciting musical is adapted by Erica Schmidt in collaboration with members of the Grammy Award-winning indie alternative band The National. Cyrano will run August 3 - September 2, 2018 at The Terris Theatre in Chester, Conn. This project is supported in part by an award from the National Endowment for the Arts.

An estimated 103.4 million people tuned in to watch the Super Bowl this February and with it, the most anticipated commercials of the year. One spot in particular stood out - directed by Antoine Fuqua, the commercial began with Pras Michél walking onto a stage, blind folded and with tape on his mouth. As Michél removed the blindfold and tape, he gave a knowing look into the camera as the words 'Be Celebrated. Not Tolerated,' appeared on the screen.
