The 65th Annual Tony Awards were held last night and for the third consecutive year Audemars Piguet was proud to act as the presenting sponsor of the Tony Awards Red Carpet. The company further reinforced its commitment to Broadway's biggest night with an additional sponsorship of the backstage Green Room and Gifting Suite as well as hosting an innovative online charity clock auction to benefit Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS.

NBC announced today that musician, entertainer and fashion designer Jessica Simpson will serve as a celebrity mentor on 'Fashion Star,' the new reality competition series that will search for the next big brand in fashion with host Elle Macpherson, world-famous super-model icon, actress and businesswoman.

The Town Hall, New York's landmark theatre and concert venue presents the 5th Annual Summer Broadway Festival, created, written and hosted by Scott Siegel for The Town Hall. Presented on three consecutive Monday nights in July at 8PM are BROADWAY WINNERS: THE AWARD WINNING MUSIC OF BROADWAY! on July 11th, BROADWAY'S RISING STARS on July 18th, and ALL SINGIN' ALL DANCIN' on July 25th. The evenings will feature music and dance coupled with witty insider tidbits, all performed by Broadway's finest. As previously reported, the cast of PRISCILLA QUEEN OF THE DESERT will be performing the show stopper 'It's Raining Men' at the Tony Awards ceremony on Sunday, June 12. The performance will be broadcast as part of the ceremony on CBS.
