The Old Globe presents William Shakespeare's delightful and romantic Twelfth Night. Rebecca Taichman, whose production of the time-traveling Time and the Conways fascinated audiences last April, is back to direct the first show of the 2015 Summer Shakespeare Festival. The Old Globe engagement will begin performances on June 21 and run through July 26, 2015, with opening night on Saturday, June 27 at 8:00 p.m., in the Lowell Davies Festival Theatre. The Public Theater announced complete casting today for CYMBELINE, the second show of The Public's Free Shakespeare in the Park season at the Delacorte. Directed by Tony Award winner Daniel Sullivan and featuring the previously announced Hamish Linklater as Posthumus Leonatus/Cloten and Lily Rabe as Imogen, CYMBELINE begins performances on Thursday, July 23 and runs through Sunday, August 23, with an official press opening on Monday, August 10. The Public begins the Free Shakespeare in the Park season tonight, Wednesday, May 27 for THE TEMPEST, featuring Sam Waterston as Prospero.

The Public Theater announced additional casting today for the 2015 Free Shakespeare in the Park season, beginning Wednesday, May 27 at the Delacorte Theater in Central Park. This summer will feature Shakespeare's late romances with THE TEMPEST, directed by Tony Award nominee Michael Greif, and CYMBELINE, directed by Tony Award winner Daniel Sullivan. Jesse Tyler Ferguson will return to the Park this summer as Trinculo in THE TEMPEST, along with Hamish Linklater and Lily Rabe teaming up again with Daniel Sullivan on CYMBELINE to play Posthumus Leonatus/Cloten and Imogen, respectively.

'Camelot' the renowned musical by Lerner and Loewe is on the Two River Stage through December 14th. Directed by David Lee, the production is wonderfully inventive with superb cast.

The Old Globe today announced the full cast and creative team for the World Premiere of Bright Star, a new American musical featuring music by Edie Brickell and Steve Martin, lyrics by Brickell, and book by Martin, based on an original story by Martin and Brickell. Directed by Walter Bobbie, Bright Star will run September 13 - November 2, 2014 on the Donald and Darlene Shiley Stage in the Old Globe Theatre, part of the Globe's Conrad Prebys Theatre Center. Preview performances run September 13 - September 27. Opening night is Sunday, September 28 at 7:00 p.m. Single tickets go on sale on Friday, August 8 at noon.
