Based on the hit 1984 film that propelled Kevin Bacon to fame, Footloose follows the story of Ren McCormack (Joshua Hawkins), a Chicago native who is forced to move to smalltown Bomont after his parent's separation.

Selladoor Worldwide has announced that Aston Merrygold will join the cast of Footloose the Musical to perform in the role of Willard in Aberdeen, Glasgow and Wimbledon from 25 July.

Following two critically acclaimed tours and huge popular demand, Footloose The Musical is back and better than ever! The musical which was postponed in 2020 bursts back onto the stage this year and will visit Theatre Royal Brighton from Monday 21 to Saturday 26 February 2022. .

Selladoor Worldwide has confirmed final casting for Footloose the Musical and releases a first look at rehearsal images.

Darren Day will join the cast of Footloose The Musical as Reverend Moore in the brand-new UK Tour, which plays at The Alexandra, Birmingham from Monday 4 until Saturday 9 May 2020.

Returning to the stage for a new UK tour in 2018, Dusty Springfield musical Son of a Preacher Man will run at Coventry's Belgrade Theatre 13-17 February, directed and choreographed by Strictly Come Dancing judge Craig Revel Horwood.

Featuring the greatest hits of Dusty Springfield, including 'The Look Of Love', 'I Only Want To Be With You', 'Spooky' and of course, the classic 'Son Of A Preacher Man', this sparklingly funny and sweetly touching new musical play by internationally-renowned writer Warner Brown will have you laughing, crying and singing your heart out to some of the greatest songs ever written.

Son of a Preacher Man, a heart-warming new musical featuring the soulful music of Dusty Springfield, with a book by Warner Brown and directed and choreographed by Craig Revel Horwood, embarks on a national tour starting at Bromley's Churchill Theatre from Monday 4 September 2017. 

The full cast is announced for heart-warming new musical Son of a Preacher Man. Joining Diana Vickers, Debra Stephenson and Ian Reddington in the 2017 tour are Michael Howe, Michelle Long, Kate Hardisty, Cassiopeia Berkeley-Agyepong, Lewis Kidd, Liam Vincent-Kilbride, Jon Bonner, Rachel McAllister, Ellie-Jane Goddard, Gary Mitchinson and Jess Barker.
