Local performer Ron Cohn will once again bring a new show to the Arthur Newman Theater at the Joslyn Center in Palm Desert. The show is called "Wheel Of Fortune" and will be one show only on Sunday, August 28, 2016 at 2 PM. This show will be his 7th annual show for the cabaret series presented by Les Michaels and the Sundays In Summer Series. Joining Mr. Cohn will be his long-time musical director and pianist, Denis Moreen.

Ron Cohn is a former East Coaster with cabaret connections to New York City and Chicago as a performer, director, booking, press and publicity agent. Ron's known for his storytelling and for selecting songs that are well known but not overdone. He also uses personal stories and fun facts to connect them to famous people. "Wheel Of Fortune" will feature array of songs filled with mirth from such composers as Johnny Mercer, Cy Coleman, Mel Brooks, Peggy Lee, John Lennon, Kandler and Ebb, and more. His pianist and musical director is Denis Moreen, who came to the Desert to retire in 2006, but quickly became in high demand as music director to groups such as California Desert Chorale, Gay Men's Chorus, Palm Canyon Theatre, and pianist to top singers around the Valley.
