Get ready for a musical comedy to die for! In this madcap adventure, The Winter Park Playhouse serves up big laughs, with a "whodunit" twist, in their next professional musical production - Murder For Two - playing May 12 - 21 and June 1 -11.

Performances are Friday and Saturday evenings at 7:30p.m., Thursday and Saturday matinees at 2p.m., select Wednesday, Friday and Sunday matinees a 2p.m. Specially- priced performances include "Third Thursday" June 1 at 7:30p.m., and preview performances on Thursday May 11 at 7:30p.m. and Friday May 12 at 2p.m.

Everyone is suspect in this perfect blend of music, mayhem and murder! One actor plays the inspector, and the other actor plays all 13 suspects, while both play the piano throughout the show. Written by Joe Kinosian and Kellen Blair, Murder For Two, had its premiere at Chicago Shakespeare Theatre in 2011 and has been very popular with sold-out performances around the country.

In The Playhouse production, two popular local theatre professionals, Kevin Kelly and Michael Swickard, play the zany duet. The pair will each play piano and they will be accompanied on percussion by Sam Forrest. Playhouse Artistic Director Roy Alan will direct and choreograph.

The New York Times calls it "INGENIOUS! A snazzy double-act that spins out a comic mystery animated by funny, deftly tuned songs." Don't miss this unique and hilarious musical!

Ticket prices are $40 evenings, $36 senior evenings, $30 matinees, $30 "Third Thursday" evening, $20 preview and $15 student and theatrical industry professionals. Student rush $10 @ 10 offers $10 tickets (students 25 years and younger) 10 minutes prior to a performance when seats are available.
