Yee haw! It is almost time for the next production here at The Rose, and we are all very excited about this world premiere event.

BUFFALO BILL'S COWBOY BAND is an original play written by Omaha playwright Max Sparber that examines the Old West through the eyes of legendary showman Buffalo Bill Cody. Col. William F. Cody (better known as Buffalo Bill) was an adventurer, cowboy, buffalo hunter, Pony Express rider and a master showman. At the turn of the 20th century, thanks to the popularity of his outrageous Wild West traveling shows, he was the most famous man on earth. BUFFALO BILL'S COWBOY BAND takes a look at this larger-than-life personality through the eyes of his daughter, Irma, as they travel to Omaha where Irma will attend Brownell School. The Old West comes to life in the show through tall tales, cowboy poetry, a few western ballads and a lot of boot-scootin' fun.

BUFFALO BILL'S COWBOY BAND opens Friday, Jan. 23 and will run through Sunday, Feb. 8. Showtimes are Fridays at 7 pm, Saturdays at 2 pm and 5 pm and Sundays at 2pm. The show is 70 minutes long without an intermission. We recommend the show for ages 6 and up.

$18 general admission
