The Jewel Box Theatre in Oklahoma City will close its 2010-2011 season with a revival of Carole Brendlinger's Money Matters, which originated at the Jewel Box in 2002. The box office will open on April 5 for season ticket holders and on April 7 for the general public. The show will play from April 14 to May 8.

After many requests, we bring back the brilliant comedy that won a Gem Award! Catherine thinks she has met the man of her dreams, only to find out he married her for her money. She hatches a plan to kill him ~ three times ~ with hilarious results. Winner of the 2002 original play competition, this play is a killer closing for our 53rd season!

Money Matters will perform Thurs-Sat at 8:00pm and Sunday at 2:30pm. Tickets are $15 for adults and $10 for students, and they can only be paid by cash or credit. The box office phone, (405) 521-1786, is in operation Tues-Fri from 1:00pm-6:00pm, and the box office window opens Thurs-Sat at 7:30pm and Sunday at 2:00pm. The Jewel Box Theatre is located at 3700 North Walker, Oklahoma City, OK 73118 (round building just north of the church). Visit www.jewelboxtheatre.org for more information.
