Hudson Warehouse is launching its 13th season with "The Complete Works of William Shakespeare, (abridged)" on the Upper West Side of New York City.

Susane Lee, Hudson Warehouse's Assistant Artistic Director, has taken the play to new heights, including inspired combat scenes, even more elaborate costumes, wigs, and props, and an "Othello Rhapsody" a la the rock group Queen.

Synopsis: All 37 of Shakespeare's plays in 97 minutes! Three madcap men in tights weave their wicked way through all of Shakespeare's comedies, histories, and tragedies in one wild ride that will leave you breathless and helpless with laughter. An irreverent, fast-paced romp through the Bard's plays, THE COMPLETE WORKS OF WILLIAM SHAKESPEARE (ABRIDGED) was London's longest-running comedy.

This take on the classics will delight Shakespeare lovers and surely delight audiences and their families who otherwise might find Shakespeare intimidating. Produced by Hudson Warehouse; Directed by Susane Lee; Written by Adam Long, Daniel Singer and Jess Winfield; Starring Nicholas Martin-Smith, George K. Wells and Christopher Moore.
