"TalkOut Mondays" (after performance) continues March 29th with Elizabeth Ashley (award-winning actress) & Michael Wilson (director) at the critically acclaimed hit show "The Temperamentals" by Jon Marans at New World Stages (340 West 50th Street). Daryl Roth, Stacy Shane and Martian Entertainment are presenting the new American play. Thomas Jay Ryan (recently on Broadway "In The Next Room") portrays Harry Hay. Michael Urie (from TV's "Ugly Betty") is Rudi Gernreich. Arnie Burton (an original cast member of Broadway's "39 Steps") joins the cast in multiple roles. Rounding out the cast of five multiple talented actors are Matthew Schneck, and Sam Breslin Wright. The critically acclaimed hit show is directed by Jonathan Silverstein. The Set & Costume design is by Clint Ramos, lighting by Josh Bradford and Daniel Kluger is the sound designer. Elizabeth Ashley is the award-winning actress from Take Her, She's Mine, earning her a Tony and Theatre World Award. She starred in Barefoot in the Park and, later, as Maggie in the revival of Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, receiving Tony nominations for both. Other notable Broadway credits include August Osage County; Dividing the Estate; Enchanted April; The Best Man; The Skin of Our Teeth; Caesar and Cleopatra; and Agnes of God. She has been featured in numerous films over five decades. Some of the TV roles include "Evening Shade" (Emmy nom.), "The Two Mrs. Grenvilles," as well as appearances in numerous series. She is a Founding member / Board of Directors of the American Film Institute and the author of: Actress: Postcards From the Road.

Michael Wilson is the acclaimed artistic director at Hartford Stage, and as a director works extensively in regional theatre, Broadway, and Off-Broadway. He is devoted to American artists and is completing a ten-year retrospective of the known and neglected works of Tennessee Williams. His Broadway credits include Dividing The Estate, Old Acquaintance, Enchanted Apri). Some of his Off Broadway productions include The Carpetbagger's Children, What Didn't Happen and Tennessee Williams's The Red Devil Battery Sign to name a few. He was worked at The Alley Theatre (Associate Director, 1990-98), American Repertory Theatre, Berkeley Repertory, Goodman Theatre, Guthrie Theatre, Long Wharf Theatre and others. He has received the Princess Grace Foundation, Elliot Norton and Daryl Roth Creative Spirit Awards.

Performances are: Monday; Thursday; Friday at 8:00 pm; Saturday at 2:00 pm & 8:00 pm and Sunday at 3:00 pm & 7:00 pm. Ticket prices are: $65 and student tickets for $25 for the mezzanine.
