In a rare appearance, the famous lounge lizard Tony Clifton will perform a pair of Halloween shows at The Iridium in New York City. The Legendary Tony Clifton On Broadway will feature renditions of your favorite songs as you've never heard them before, and as is with all of Clifton's shows, surprises that may result in a few drinks being spilled and punches being thrown. The shows on October 31 and November 1 will also pay homage to the late comedy great Andy Kaufman, who discovered Clifton in a seedy Las Vegas lounge in 1969, as the audience will be invited to partake in a post-show snack of milk and cookies at the close of each performance.

"It's about time they book a real legend at The Iridium," says Clifton. "It will be an honor for all those in attendance."

Cantankerous as ever, Clifton continues to entertain all over the world and can be seen in Chris Smith's documentary "Jim & Andy: The Great Beyond - The Story of Jim Carrey & Andy Kaufman Featuring a Very Special, Contractually Obligated Mention of Tony Clifton" at the Venice Film Festival and the Toronto International Film Festival this September.

Tickets to The Legendary Tony Clifton On Broadway are on sale now and available on TicketWeb via www.theiridium.com, or The Iridium box office located at 1650 Broadway at 51st Street, 212.582.2121.
