In a continuation of its mission to promote the development, production, and continued life of new plays in New Orleans, Southern Rep is announcing a new slate of 3x3: THE ONE ACTS, featuring plays by local playwrights Pat Bourgeois, Madison Curry and Sean Patterson.

"We are so proud of our history of producing new and exciting work, and 3x3 is a wonderful part of that effort. Our goal with the program is to provide a platform that will showcase emerging New Orleans playwrights; to nurture their creativity, and allow them to pursue their creative ambitions. We are thrilled with the work that our talented playwrights have produced this quarter, and we can't wait to share their stories with New Orleans!" - Aimée Hayes, Producing Artistic Director

3x3: THE ONE ACTS will be performed June 16th and 17th at Mid City Theatre (3540 Toulouse Street) at 7:30 pm. The plays featured will include SIMPLY MISUNDERSTOOD by Pat Bourgeois, THERE'S NO PLACE LIKE HOME by Madison Curry, and THE HIDDEN SOURCE by Sean Patterson.
