With so many romantic cabarets and concerts happening around Valentine's Day, ALMOST Like Being in Love 2 (a not-quite-ready for valentine cabaret) looks at love from a less conventional perspective.

We will feature songs by theatrical heart-throbs like Cole Porter, Kander & Ebb, Leiber & Stoller, and Ahrens & Flaherty along with hot up-and-coming writers like Carner & Gregor, Drew Fornarola, Joshua H. Cohen, and Michael Finke. Our Whitman's sampler of songs will be performed by a bouquet of talented singers including Shawn Ryan (AMERICA'S GOT TALENT), Neil Taffe (Nat'l tour: SMOKEY JOE'S CAFÉ, Gladys Knight), Zach Villa (B'way: WAR HORSE), Wendy Rosoff (B'way: 42nd STREET), Ashley Ruth Jones (Psyche in the world premiere of PSYCHE: A MODERN ROCK OPERA), Alli Miller (Cherry Poppins), and more. Plus a special performance from SERRANO the Musical! Music direction is by Gregory Nabours, one of Los Angeles' most loved music directors.
