AN INTIMATE EVENING WITH CAROL BURNETT has been postponed from its July 26th date in light of host Kristin Chenoweth's injury. The event will be scheduled for a later date TBA.

As previously reported on BroadwayWorld, Kristin Chenoweth had been hospitalized after an accident on the set of the CBS drama series The Good Wife. A CBS source said the actress was struck by a piece of lighting equipment, fell to the ground and struck her head. She was released a day later, with a representative for Chenoweth telling BroadwayWorld.com that "Kristin has been released from the hospital and is home recovering. She thanks everyone for their prayers and well wishes."

AN INTIMATE EVENING WITH CAROL BURNETT will be held in Los Angeles. Hosted by Chenoweth, it will feature special guests Tim Conway and Bob Mackie. It is produced by Ray Proscia and James DuMont.
 
Carol Burnett and the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences wish Kristin a speedy recovery.
