BALLOONA Chosen for Opening Show For the 28th Haifa International Children's Theatre Festival

The 28th Haifa International Children's Theatre Festival will take place on April 1-3, during Passover. The festival, which hosts every year thousands of children and parents and provides a cultural and enriching experience for the whole family, became a quality stamp of approval in the world of children's plays.

This year's opening show for the festival will be "Balloona", a musical theatrical creation for children based on the book by Shira Geffen, with musical direction by Nadav Vikinski, conducted by Roy Oppenheim and directed by Galia Fradkin.
The cast includes Refael Abbas, Harel Zussman, Nohar Koren, Bat Shir Choir and the Haifa Symphony Orchestra.

Throughout all three days of the festival, which will take place at the Haifa Theatre, six out of over a hundred original plays will compete between each other. Additionally, international colorful street performances will be hosted at the festival.
