VenuWorks Founder and President Steve Peters and business partner, international singer and producer, Michael Londra have announced the formation of VenuWorks Theatricals. VenuWorks Theatricals will produce unique theatrical events for Broadway, national and global touring.

VenuWorks Theatricals' first project is a Christmas musical. "NOËL" is a beautiful story of a young girl who loses her singing voice with the disappearance of her mother. On a journey to find her, NOËL meets a motley crew of characters who want to help. NICK, a disillusioned homeless man with a secret, forms a bond with the child. In helping NOËL, Nick rediscovers his belief in the magic of Christmas and in himself. The piece is fun for the whole family, a feel good show with a story line touching on the very real issues of homelessness, bullying, loneliness and the materialism of the holidays. NOËL is written by world renowned "Artemis Fowl" author Eoin Colfer with music by Liam Bates.

NOËL will debut at the National Opera House in Ireland on December 19, 2016 for a week of performances in an orchestral setting, with plans for a US premier in 2017. The piece will be directed by Ben Barnes.

"In 2014, VenuWorks joined the ranks of Broadway producers. This afforded me involvement in an area that I am quite passionate about - producing shows," said Peters. "VenuWorks Theatricals is something that I have dreamed about creating for years. With Michael's partnership and the business plan we have established, I could not be more excited about the future of VenuWorks Theatricals."

Additionally, VenuWorks Theatricals will produce a Michael Londra national tour in 2017.

"I have always enjoyed producing as much as performing in events. Working with Steve while producing and performing was an opportunity that I could not pass up," said Londra. "I am excited to produce new shows for Broadway, to bring artists and theatrical events to the Midwest and to collaborate with the entire VenuWorks team."

As a singer and producer, Londra tours worldwide. He has received two Emmy® nominations for his PBS special "Beyond Celtic" co-produced with Mindfox Productions and aired nationally over 400 times on public television in the US, and on arts channels globally. Londra was featured on the Universal Records "Arias Ancora" project with Luciano Pavarotti, Andrea Bocelli and Il Divo. His recording of "Danny Boy" is regarded as "one of the best recordings of the song in history". Londra was presented with a platinum disc for his production work on Celtic Woman and was later asked by producer Sharon Browne to return to work with Celtic Thunder.

Peters is the founder and president of VenuWorks, a venue management company he founded in 1996 to better serve the unique management and operational challenges of mid-market venues. Today, VenuWorks provides management services to over fifty theatres, arenas, conference centers, stadiums and amphitheaters in twelve states. Peters is a Past President of the International Association of Venue Managers (IAVM). In August of 2015, he was honored with the IAVM Charles A. McElravey Award for lifetime achievement.

Under Peters' direction, VenuWorks co-produced the Tony Award-winning Broadway revival of YOU CAN'T TAKE IT WITH YOU, starring James Earl Jones. Peters is also a partner in Touring Theatre Associations, producing top quality musical theatre for tours throughout America.
