So Many Ladies, starring Britt Swenson returns to Bovine Metropolis Theater (1527 Champa Street, Denver Colorado) on Sunday, April 14th and Sunday, April 21st at 7:00 p.m.

Prepare to be amazed by "So Many Ladies" at Bovine Metropolis Theater. Dozens of characters exhibiting the very funniest and very best that ladydom has to offer will be performed by Britt Swenson, an extremely accomplished comedian. "So Many Ladies" was completely sold out last run, awarded "Best Bet" by The Denver Post and hailed by reviewers as "Lily-Tomlin-esque".

Swenson has been a member of the Groundlings Sunday Company in LA whose alum include current cast members of SNL. Britt also did stand-up for 10 years in NY and LA as a regular at the Comedy Store. She has been featured on Comedycentral.com and performed at Chicago Comedy Festival and Carnegie Hall.

The centerpiece of the show is the collection of authentically funny characters of "So Many Ladies" created and devised by Britt Swenson.

""So Many Ladies" developed during my time as a cast member with the Groundlings in LA," said Swenson. "We had to come up with so much material doing a sketch show each week and the Groundlings really specializes in characters. I'd have to go out into the hallway and just come up with something out of thin air. It was terrific training as a sketch comedian/writer and improviser."

Swenson will be joined by the all female comedy troupe, Dishwater Blondes, and the night will be spiced up by the moves of The Solid Gould Dancers.

The show is directed by Eric Farone, graduate of The Second City Player's Workshop, Artistic Director of Bovine Metropolis Theater and student of the late great Del Close, the father of modern improvisation.

"Eric is the director of this show, and it never would have happened in the first place without him," said Swenson.

With so much talent pouring into one place, "So Many Ladies" is sure to light up the stage at Bovine Metropolis Theater.

"I love performing at Bovine Metropolis Theater," said Swenson, "I've been in their sketch shows, "On the Spot", etc. and love the comedy community that Eric Farone and Denise Maes have created."

And that love of community and comedy shows through in this show, with the showcase of comedians and dancers thriving in Denver's theater scene. "So Many Ladies" is a collection of phenomenal performances, you won't find anywhere else. Not only is "So Many Ladies" hilarious, but it also features very real characters that hit emotionally.

"The show is a fast moving combination of comedic live performance and video pieces," said Swenson, "The characters stand on their own but have in common blind spots ... which make them funny and also very human."

Come see a fiercely talented performer like Swenson perform the hilarious characters of "So Many Ladies." With stunning supporting performances by The Dishwater Blondes, and the amazing Solid Gould Dancers this night is unbeatable.

"So Many Ladies" is going to be immense fun, and tickets will go fast. The last run of this show was completely sold out.
