"As good luck would have it," young Shakespeare fans now have a new way to see and support all of their favorite performances. Shakespeare Dallas has launched a Junior Supporter Membership for Shakespeare fans 35 and younger. The new membership level is available at the discounted price of $60 annually.

Members receive all of the benefits of a supporter, as well as exclusive opportunities to mix and mingle with other bard enthusiasts in Dallas. Members can take advantage as early as this month, when they can attend the opening production of the final season of The Complete Works of William Shakespeare. The season will begin with a reading of As You Like It on October 23 and 24.

The new level gives young professionals in Dallas a chance to support Shakespeare Dallas as well as meet other fans, all at a lower cost to help out bard lovers on a budget. Junior Supporters will receive tickets to staged readings, invitations to exclusive members-only events, a subscription to the quarterly newsletter, discounts on merchandise, and a parking pass to all Shakespeare in the Park events. Members will also have unlimited early admission at 6:45 pm, with access to the best seats in the house.

Junior Supporter Membership can be accessed online at www.shakespearedallas.org/give/join-now. For more information or questions regarding ticket prices or membership options, call Shakespeare Dallas at 214-559-2778 or email info@shakespearedallas.org.

Inspired by the egalitarian nature of the New York Shakespeare Festival, Robert "Bob" Glenn started The Shakespeare Festival of Dallas in 1971 as a free summer Shakespeare Festival. The company serves the community as one of North Texas' most treasured cultural institutions and the area's only producer of an education program focused on teaching Shakespeare. In 2005, the company revamped its operations and branded the organization "Shakespeare Dallas" to illustrate the company's new direction of year-round, affordable and accessible programming. Shakespeare Dallas aspires to use the works of William Shakespeare as a catalyst for creating unparalleled artistic and educational programs that are meaningful and enriching for the community it serves throughout North Texas.
