Dixie Longate, America's favorite fast-talking Tupperware lady, is riding back into Fort Worth this November for a limited engagement of her brand-new show, "DIXIE'S NEVER WEAR A TUBE TOP WHILE RIDING A MECHANICAL BULL (AND 16 OTHER THINGS I LEARNED WHILE I WAS DRINKING LAST THURSDAY)."

Presented by Performing Arts Fort Worth, the show will kick off a national tour November 11-22 at McDavid Studio. Tickets are $35-$45 and are on sale NOW!

Put on your cowboy boots and walk into Dixie's favorite honky-tonk as she shares lessons learned after a hard night of drinking. What do a jeweled crown, a cardboard cutout of Julie Andrews and a box of moon pies have in common? Spend the night with Dixie and find out as she swaps her Tupperware bowls for a mechanical bull. It's a night y'all will never forget.

Developed with the Denver Center for the Performing Arts, the show is only being presented in a select few of Dixie's favorite cities. Since Fort Worth is the land of the mechanical bull, doesn't it make sense to start it all here?

"Y'all have been so neighborly to me when I have been here before a few times so when Performing Arts Fort Worth called and said we want you to bring your new show here, well, I almost had to put down my drink from excitement," Dixie says.

"Our audiences have loved Dixie's Tupperware Party and after talking with Dixie about her new show, the title alone made sense for us to present here in Fort Worth," says Dione Kennedy, President & CEO of Performing Arts Fort Worth. "We look forward to hearing Dixie's life lessons in this brand new show and we're thrilled to help launch the national tour."

The show comes from the same people who brought you Dixie's Tupperware Party. "If you loved Dixie's Tupperware Party then you'll love my new show," Dixie says. "And if you didn't like Dixie's Tupperware Party, what the hell is wrong with you? You must have ailing on the brain. But you'll love the new show even better."

To charge tickets by phone, call (817) 212-4280 in Fort Worth; 1-877-212-4280 (toll free) outside Fort Worth; or order online at www.basshall.com. Tickets are also available at the Bass Performance Hall ticket office at 525 Commerce Street. Ticket office hours: Monday through Friday 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. and Saturday 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. For group sales, call 817-212-4248.
