The WTG junior performers are proudly producing The Most Wonderful Time of the Year, a show that would put even Scrooge into the holiday spirit! An ensemble of eighteen children, aged 8-14, will present skits and musical numbers celebrating the winter holidays. The two act show features numbers by the Chipmunks, Heat Miser, Snow Miser, A Synchronized Swim Team, the Windham Frogs and much more. The show will also include a special guest appearance by Santa Claus.

The Most Wonderful Time of the Year will be presented on Friday and Saturday, December 12 and 13 at 7:30pm and on Sunday, December 14 at 2pm at the Burton Leavitt Theatre, 779 Main Street, Willimantic.

This show is being performed in memory of Catherine Wade who passed away in September. Catherine was a longtime music educator in Windham who touched the lives of hundreds, if not thousands, of people in Eastern Connecticut. She was an active part of the local Arts community up until the day she died giving lessons, serving on boards and supporting numerous Arts groups in the area including the Windham Regional Arts Council and the Windham Theatre Guild. She never missed a WTG event that involved the youth of the community.

Bring a donation of hats, mittens or toiletry items and receive a $1.00 off coupon for the concessions stand. Donations will go to the Holy Family Shelter of Willimantic.

Ticket prices are $12 for adults, $9 for Students and Seniors, and $5 for children under 12.
