The Palace Theater's return engagement of Hammer of the Gods: The Ultimate Led Zeppelin Experience will provide '70s rock fans with a stairway to music heaven on Saturday, Feb. 6 at 8p.m. Tickets for the concert, which is sponsored by Ion Bank, are $40 and can be purchased by phone at 203-346-2000, online at www.palacetheaterct.org, or in person at the box office, 100 East Main Street in Waterbury.

Considered by many to be "The Ultimate Led Zeppelin Experience," Hammer of the Gods recreates the sights, sounds and mystical aura of an authentic Zeppelin concert. Ten thousand watts of sonic brilliance and a spectacular array of lights explode as the band performs flawless renditions of everyone's favorite Zeppeling songs including "Dazed & Confused," "Stairway to Heaven" and the thunderous assault of the classic "Moby Dick." A show for all ages, Hammer of the God's fans range in age from teens that are a experiencing a new love for Led Zeppelin and their first live concert to older fans, who have adored Led Zeppelin for the past 40 years.

The two-hour, multi-media retrospective will feature selections from every Zeppelin album, as well as personal requests from audience members. From now until the day of the show, fans can visit the band's Facebook page to request the songs they want to hear performed on the Palace Theater stage. From deep tracks and side B's to the band's greatest hits, concert goers will be given the power to build the set list for the show.
