Through November 21, Hartford Stage is conducting an on-line survey inviting Connecticut and metropolitan area residents to share their opinions about the performing arts in the Greater Hartford region and future planning options for Hartford Stage.

Those who complete the survey before November 21, 2012, will have a chance to win a pair of house seats to the smash Broadway musical The Book of Mormon. Everyone who responds will also receive a special discount offer to upcoming Hartford Stage productions: the 15th Anniversary Production of A Christmas Carol; Breath & Imagination: The Story of Roland Hayes, featuring classical music star Jubilant Sykes; and Shakespeare's Twelfth Night, directed by Darko Tresnjak. No purchase is necessary.

The survey seeks to gain insights into performing arts interests and attitudes from those who live, work or attend school in the Greater Hartford areA. Hartford Stage convened its Strategic Planning Committee and its Community Advisory Committee to help plan the survey, which is aimed at learning how Hartford Stage can better serve the region.

The survey can be reached on the Hartford Stage website at www.hartfordstage.org/survey.

The confidential survey is being conducted independently by Arts Consulting Group, Inc. (ACG), a national arts management consulting firm, which has been engaged to assist Hartford Stage with a comprehensive strategic planning initiative.

The survey is open to all Connecticut-area residents, visitors, students, and workers until November 21, 2012.
