On Saturday, January 28 The Met: Live in HD series will continue with an encore performance of Donizetti's Anna Bolena at the Warner's Nancy Marine Studio Theatre at 1pm.

About the show: "Anna Netrebko opened the Met season with her portrayal of the ill-fated queen driven insane by her unfaithful king. She sings one of opera's greatest mad scenes in this Met premiere production by David McVicar. Ekaterina Gubanova is her rival, Jane Seymour, Ildar Abdrazakov sings Henry VIII, and Marco Armiliato conducts."

The Warner Theatre will offer a complimentary pre-broadcast lecture to all ticket holders given by opera expert Nunzio DeFilippis from 11 – 11:45. Mr. DeFilippis has taught "Opera, a Passion for all Ages" at Osher Lifelong Learning Institute, UConn Waterbury CT.
