Director of Production & Operations - Barrington Stage Company

Barrington Stage Company seeks a year-round Director of Production & Operations to join our senior leadership team. This person will be responsible for two primary areas: Production - leading the production process including season planning and scheduling, budgeting and financial control of all shops, and contracting seasonal staff and designers. Operations – oversight of all BSC facilities including four owned buildings. Develop system and equipment replacement plans, manage repairs and inspections, co-ordinate the maintenance team, hire contractors as required. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of at least 3 - 5 years of managing a sizable staff and production department for a large theater. Compensation includes competitive salary and benefits package.
