Due to ticket demand, Lookingglass Theatre Company has added three weeks of performances to the World Premiere of Moby Dick, adapted and directed by ensemble member David Catlin from the book by Herman Melville, produced in association with The Actors Gymnasium. Moby Dick, which was originally scheduled through August 9, is now running June 10 - August 28, 2015 at Lookingglass Theatre Company, located inside Chicago's historic Water Tower Water Works, 821 N. Michigan Ave. at Pearson. The Press Opening is Saturday, June 20, 2015 at 7:30 p.m.

The cast of Moby Dick includes Ensemble Members Anthony Fleming III (Queequeg) and Raymond Fox (Stubb), , Artistic Associate Kareem Bandealy (Starbuck), Jamie Abelson (Ishmael), Emma Cadd (Fate #3), Christopher Donahue (Ahab), , Kasey Foster (Fate #2), , Javen Ulambayar (Tashtego), and Monica West (Fate #1).

The creative team for Moby Dick is Courtney O'Neill (Scenic), Carolyn Sullivan (Costumes), William C Kirkham (Lighting), Artistic Associate Rick Sims (Sound), Isaac Shoepp (Rigging), Amanda Herrmann (Properties), Artistic Associate Sylvia Hernandez-DiStasi (Choreography), Deb Styer (Stage Manager), and Mary Hungerford (Assistant Stage Manager).

Madness rages like the angry sea when man pits himself against leviathan in Melville's epic and poetic tale furiously reimagined on the Lookingglass stage by director David Catlin (Lookingglass Alice). Set sail with Captain Ahab and the intrepid crew of the Pequod in this harrowing and intoxicating exploration of fate vs. free will.
