CONTEST GUIDELINES

Chicago Fringe Festival requests a single design that is emblematic of Chicago Fringe 2013.
· The design should capture (or at least not contradict) some of the other key characteristics of Chicago Fringe theatre. To learn more about what Chicago Fringe is, visit http://chicagofringe.org/about.php.

· The design should reflect, suggest, embody, convey or otherwise relate, directly or obliquely, to the 2013 festival theme: Pack a Lunch. The design should not include these words. The Fringe encourages designers to create an idea that Fringe is an experience - for people to expect to attend more than one show. Many of the most enthusiastic Fringe audience members come prepared, with schedules, notebooks and a plan. Designs should reflect this feeling of hours- long excitement.

· Designers may (but are not required to) include the words "Chicago Fringe Festival 2013" as part of the design, but no other text.
