A number of evils poison the gaiety: greed, sins of the past, and desperate and clawing hopes for the future. Elizabeth Taylor and Paul Newman played Maggie The Cat and Brick in the iconic film version. This is Tennessee williams at his best and is a perfect play for lovers of classic, dramatic theatre.
